Join me for an inclusive, all-levels community yoga class where we’ll connect breath to movement and cultivate mindfulness in a welcoming, non-judgmental space. Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this class is designed to meet you where you are. Through intentional movement, we’ll explore basic postures, alignments, and breathwork, helping to release tension and invite balance into the body and mind.

Expect to leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and more connected to your inner self, as we take time to tune in to how our bodies feel and move with purpose. Each class is thoughtfully designed to honor individual needs, and modifications are offered to support all bodies and abilities. Together, we’ll build strength, flexibility, and inner peace—both on and off the mat.

This class is for anyone seeking a mindful, accessible way to practice yoga in a supportive community. No experience is necessary—just bring yourself, a mat (or something that will bring some comfort to the floor), and some blocks or an item around your house that will bring the ground closer to you).

I’m passionate about making yoga accessible to everyone, so my community classes are donation-based. I suggest a donation of $5–$15 per class, but please know that if you're unable to donate financially, you are still more than welcome to join! If you can't contribute monetarily, I kindly ask that you consider giving back in another way—perhaps through an act of service in your own community. Whether it’s helping a neighbor or supporting a local cause :)
