I am so glad you are here!

My journey into yoga began with a deep desire to reconnect with my body and mind after years of navigating complex trauma and life transitions. What started as a way to find a way to release and reconnect has grown into a life-changing practice that I’m passionate about sharing with others.

My approach to yoga is rooted in somatic movement, mindfulness, and trauma-informed approaches. I believe in creating a safe, nurturing space where everyone can explore their body’s wisdom, release tension, and build resilience—physically and emotionally. Whether you’re just beginning your yoga journey or have been practicing for years, my goal is to help you feel supported and empowered.

I offer a variety of classes designed to meet your needs, from gentle Unwind Yoga to energizing Morning Yoga Flow and midday sessions to recharge. I also share holistic wellness resources, workshops, and insights into yoga’s deeper benefits for your mind, body, and nervous system.

me as a human!

Off the mat, I’m an adventurer at heart. I love hiking, skiing, and finding new ways to move and explore, but I also have a soft spot for slow, creative moments—knitting, painting, or trying my hand at some sort of creative outlet. Life, to me, is about balance—between movement and rest, excitement and stillness, challenge and ease.

What lights me up the most is connecting with people and helping them reconnect with themselves. I believe our bodies hold so much wisdom, and through movement, breath, and play, we can come home to ourselves in the most joyful, beautiful way.
